Description:

How can you "drink responsibly" if you don't know how much alcohol you are really drinking?

Warnings about harmful alcohol use typically use “standard units.” This can be challenging for most individuals, who may not take the time to convert alcohol by volume (ABV%) and ounces or milliliters into these standard units. Track your drinks with the TSM Drink Log app to have these calculations done for you.

Create Drinks:
<ul>
 <li>Whether you prefer beer, wine, or liquor, you can add your drink to a personalized list for easy entry later. Include the name, ABV%, and specify different sizes in ounces or milliliters. The TSM Drink Log will convert this information into standard drinks (sd) based on your location.</li>
</ul>

Medication Tracking and Reminders:
<ul>
 <li>If you are following the Sinclair Method, you can log your medication time with a single touch. Adjust the quantity if needed based on your doctor's recommendations for a reduced dose. Logging medications sets an alarm for the minimum wait time; the built-in timer allows for 60 minutes with naltrexone or 120 minutes with nalmefene. Please ensure prescription medications are obtained solely through your doctor as per local and Federal laws, following their guidance for usage.</li>
</ul>

Chart Alcohol Reduction Progress:
<ul>
 <li>Each logged drink automatically updates your drink reduction chart. If you are undergoing TSM treatment and wish to monitor your progress, enter your pre-TSM average drinks per week in "Week 0" within the Settings. This chart is a useful tool to showcase your journey during medical provider appointments.</li>
</ul>
